It is possible to cancel the reservation until two days before arriving.
In case the conditions are not respected or in case of no show the full amount of the first night will be charged.
If during the stay it is decided to leave the hotel in advance the whole amount of the night of the departure he will be debited.

In case of groups the limit is 7 days before check- in without penalty.. For school groups a security deposit is provided.
